Synopsis
It is 2054 and the EPUA has outlawed grief, anger and everything adjacent — show a forbidden emotion in public and the object that triggered it is seized. Quinn runs contraband recovery: for a fee she breaks into confiscation depots and returns what the state took. A job for an elderly client sends her after a camcorder logged as evidence, and when the lens catches her flashlight it spills the memory sealed inside it. A monochrome sci-fi heist about a world that confiscated feeling, and the people who want it back.
